Our headliner for Sunday 28th of November is the brilliant Bobby Mair with his new show Cockroach:

Cockroach is an hour of dark, gut-wrenching stand-up from one of the best comedians in the country.

Currently host of ITV2’s ‘Killer Camp’ as well as appearances on ‘Feel Good’ (Netflix), ‘Stand Up Sketch Show’ (ITV2) , ‘Roast Battle’ (Comedy Central), ‘Guessable’ (Comedy Central), ‘8 Out of 10 Cat’s’ (C4), and loads more shows.

“Clearly a brilliant stand up” – Jimmy Carr.

“A bona fide tour de force” – The Guardian

“The kind of person you would not want to sit next to on the bus” – Evening Standard

Peter Brush:

A highly distinctive performer and deft writer of finely crafted jokes, Peter Brush unassumingly takes the stage with his slight bespectacled frame and scruffy hair, before consummately conquering it with an arsenal of razor sharp quirky one-liners and peerlessly original routines, all delivered in an amusingly awkward fashion.

Formerly a BBC New Comedy Award finalist, and winner of Harrogate Comedian of the Year, Peter performs at clubs all over the UK and occasionally abroad. He has also written for BBC Radio 4’s ‘The News Quiz’, ‘The Show What You Wrote’ and ‘Newsjack’ and was the tour support for Alexei Sayle’s 2020 show, other acts he has supported on tour include Jonathan Pie, Jason Manford, Arthur Smith and Paul Sinha.

“Yorkshire’s answer to Woody Allen” – Harrogate Advertiser

Aidan McCaffery:

‘Endearing, cheeky, looks younger than I presume he is and is most importantly, funny.’ – John Kearns

Winner of the David Nobbs Memorial Trust Comedy Writing Competition 2018.

Write jokes for BBC Radio 4 Xtra.

MC Robson …

has managed comedy nights in Ilkley, Leeds, London and Manchester for 25 years and is mentored by cult comedy legend Charlie Chuck aka Reeves and Mortimer’s Uncle Peter.

Welcome to the Vaults!

Or the Taps as we’re nicknamed locally. The Vaults has a long history; an officers’ training school in the Second World War, it has since been through numerous transformations – the Vaults is the last remaining part and original tap house of the landmark Ilkley Moor Hotel that burned down in 1968, which then became a school room, a pool hall, a gastropub…

… The Vaults is now back to being a friendly, traditional family pub at the heart of the local community. We serve homemade pub food, beers & cask ales, as well as a wide selection of ciders, gins & spirits and soft drinks.

In Summer, you can come and enjoy the sunshine in our leafy beer garden or cosy up by our roaring open fire in Winter. Upstairs is our 100-capacity function room, available for parties and weddings, which is also used by different community groups during the week.

The Vaults caters for everyone –families & children, walkers, cyclists and even your four-legged furry friends!

Opening Hours

Friday we serve food 12-2.30pm & 5.30-9pm

Saturday we serve food 12-9pm

Sundays we serve food 12-6pm

We’re closed on Mondays except for Bank Holidays.

We also specialise in parties & weddings and upstairs we have a lovely large function room. Come in & have a look!
